Job summary

City of Fishers is hiring an Aquatics Assistant to support daily pool operations and provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup/cleanup, monitoring attractions like Ninja Cross and Slide, following safety procedures, and participating in required trainings. Must be 16+, CPR/AED certification within 60 days is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days (training provided).
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Act as Ninja Cross and Slide attendant ensuring safety and proper use of equipment.
• Assist with setup, organization, and cleanup of pool area.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in emergencies or incidents.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and communicate effectively with patrons.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
