Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) in Gig Harbor, WA, seeks a part-time Aquatic Physical Therapist for its YMCA clinic. You will deliver evidence-based aquatic therapy to orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, neurologic and sports medicine patients, within a supportive team and schedule of 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

The role offers strong clinical mentorship, ongoing education, and a pathway to growth in a collaborative setting. OSS emphasizes one-on-one care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT license in WA or be eligible for licensure.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in aquatic therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based aquatic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress.
• Help patients regain function and improve quality of life.
