Purpose Statement
The job of Assistant Coordinator was established for the purpose/s of assisting the Director in maintaining a comprehensive Aquatic enrichment program for staff, students, and community members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating a fun, safe, learning environment that delivers an effective programs and activities model.
This job reports to the Aquatic Center Director

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 30% sitting, 40% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
