Job summary

ADAM'S SPECIALTY PRODUCTS, LLC is seeking a part-time Aquarium and Aviary Service Assistant. The role involves servicing aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, with hours averaging 5–15 per month and flexibility within a typical 8am–7pm window.

Expect travel within a 150 mile radius of Knoxville, TN, including Johnson City and surrounding towns. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in fish keeping and/or bird keeping preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Driver’s license required.
• High School education preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job responsibilities.
• Able to travel within service area radius.
• Heavy lifting and maneuvering required.

Responsibilities

• Service aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
• Meet required schedules and routes within specified hours.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document service activities.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple sites.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support team with basic assembly and equipment handling.
• Assist with stocking and moving supplies as needed.
