Job summary

Vicar in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking an Aquaponics Operations Associate to support cultivation, harvesting, packaging and maintenance in a controlled environment.

You will follow SOPs to ensure product quality and safety, manage labeling, water quality testing, and record data in FarmHub, while assisting in meetings and project reviews. This role requires a high school diploma and food safety certification; prior agriculture or greenhouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food safety certification is required.
• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or greenhouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harvest vegetables and greens, including complete harvests and cut & come harvesting.
• Package leafy greens following SOPs, with proper handwashing and labeling.
• Maintain greenhouse daily tasks, water plants, test water quality, and record results in FarmHub.
• Transplant seedlings and seed new crops; monitor fish health and water temperatures.
• Order and manage chemicals and fish feed; participate in meetings and project reviews.
• Report farm health and progress to senior management and support budget tracking.
