You will build a welcoming vibe, coach members toward goals, and promote programs while maintaining class quality and safety.

Ideal candidates will show contagious enthusiasm, strong communication, and a commitment to daily studio excellence.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members before class and build relationships to keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe and keep simple stats.
