Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a friendly, motivated instructor to lead engaging aqua fitness classes for adults of all ages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness, loves the water, and creates an uplifting environment.

In this position, instructors will be responsible for teaching various exercises, ensuring pool safety, and supporting class participants in a family-focused atmosphere. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to inspire confidence in others.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in the water or teaching on pool deck.
• Willingness to learn and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, upbeat aqua aerobics classes
• Teach a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility exercises
• Demonstrate proper form and provide modifications for all levels
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging class environment
• Monitor pool safety and enforce facility guidelines
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and class communication when needed

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in the water or teaching on pool deck
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication & people skills
• Ability to lead groups and encourage participants
• Willingness to learn and complete training

Preferred (but not required — we will train great people!)

• Experience teaching fitness or coaching groups

• Weekdays and possible evenings and weekends - Flexible Schedule
