Onelife Fitness Germantown is hiring a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead safe, high-energy classes and help members reach their goals. You’ll partner with our Group Fitness Director to deliver an exceptional fitness experience and build a welcoming studio community.

You’ll manage class format, promote programs, track attendance in MotionVibe, follow payroll processes, and stay current with certifications. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, energetic group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Coach members toward their goals and foster an inclusive class vibe.
• Greet members before class and build lasting relationships.
