Forma Gym in San Jose is hiring Aqua Fitness Instructors to lead water-based classes and contribute to a welcoming gym culture. Candidates must hold a current water fitness instructor certification and have at least two years of gym teaching experience.

CPR/AED and Water Safety certifications are required. The role offers opportunities to engage members, deliver quality instruction, and grow within a community-focused fitness team.

Job Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Must be a certified instructor with a minimum 2 years of teaching in a gym setting.
• Must be certified and experience in water fitness classes
• Must have passion, customer service and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in a gym setting.
• CPR and AED Certified
• Water Safety Certified
