Function in a primary care setting in the role of practitioner, mentor, consultant, educator, researcher and manager. Establish goals and priorities in accordance with patient and staff needs and organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care - Women’s Specialties: Ages of patients served restricted to adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. Family Practice Clinic: Ages of patients served may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. Senior Health Clinic: Ages of patients served restricted to geriatric age groups.
Education — Essential: Program Graduate
Education specialization — Essential: Advanced Nurse or Physician Assistant
Experience — Essential: No minimum experience required
Experience — Nonessential: Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo specialization in applicable area
Credentials — Essential: CPR for Healthcare/BLS Proven within 30 days; Advanced Practice RN or Physician Asst Lic & NCCPA Cert; ACLS or PALS (as applicable) within 30 days of hire; State of New Mexico and Federal DEA Certification
Physical Conditions: Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
