Job summary

Millennium Physician Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Primary Care APRN/PA Float for the Tampa region in Florida. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and access to benefits and malpractice insurance coverage.

The successful candidate will promote high standards of patient care, provide medical services under physician supervision, and maintain detailed health records. Florida APRN/PA licensure and 2+ years in primary care are required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid APRN/PA license to practice in Florida.
• 2+ years of experience in primary care or equivalent.

Position Eligible for $10,000 Sign On Bonus Seeking a full-time Primary Care APRN/PA Float for Tampa Region - Florida. Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling medical career? Millennium Physician Group is seeking a talented Advanced Provider to join our esteemed Primary Care medical team.

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

How will you make an impact & Requirements

• Promote and maintain high standards of patient care
• Provide high-quality medical services under supervision of a physician
• Recommend appropriate treatments, medicines, and therapies for optimal patient outcomes
• Chart patient progress and meticulously maintain detailed, accurate health records

• Degree from an accredited institution required
• Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA Physician Assistant in Florida
• Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose

• 2+ years of experience in primary care or equivalent combination of education and experience
• AP with Urgent care or ER setting experience may be considered

Compensation Range: $103,043.00 to $154,563.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
