Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Naples, FL seeks a bilingual Primary Care APRN/PA for a full-time position. You will provide high-quality medical care under physician supervision, and contribute to patient outcomes while working Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Required credentials include an accredited degree and Florida APRN/PA license, with 2+ years in primary care preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits and 401(k) plans.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of patient care
• Provide high-quality medical services under supervision of a physician
• Recommend appropriate treatments, medicines, and therapies for optimal patient outcomes
• Chart patient progress and meticulously maintain detailed, accurate health records

Required skills and qualifications

• Degree from an accredited institution required
• Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA Physician Assistant in Florida
• Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in primary care or equivalent combination of education and experience
• AP with Urgent Care and Emergency Room experience may be considered
• New Graduates welcome to apply

Compensation Range: $108,466.00 to $162,698.00. The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
