Qualifications

• Florida licensed APRN with active license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record and report patient condition changes in the EHR.
• Order or conduct diagnostic tests and medical imaging as appropriate.
• Order or prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment, history and plan of care.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Collaborate with staff regarding treatment and continuing care.
• Organize and prioritize work to expedite patient care.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
