Job summary

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC seeks APRN/PA clinicians to cover patients across Florida and Texas clinics. This float role requires flexibility to work at various sites, delivering high-quality care and coordinating with a physician-led team.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus and a $600 monthly car allowance for floats; a patient-centered model prioritizes proactive prevention, education, and compassionate care in diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Must have MS in Nursing (NP/PA) from an accredited program.
• Board certification and active Florida NP/PA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of adult medicine experience as NP/PA.
• BLS certification required; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient appointments and routine examinations under provider supervision.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate care with other providers.
• Prescribe or administer treatments, tests, vaccines, and therapies as appropriate.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide diagnosis and care.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results with patients.
• Direct and coordinate nursing and support staff activities.
• Document medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
