Job summary
Elevate Regenerative Spine Care and Pain Management in Fort Pierce, FL, seeks an APRN who can practice autonomously within scope and collaborate with the physician-owner on treatment planning. You will grow into an expanded procedural role over time.
You will evaluate chronic pain, spinal disorders, and functional limitations; develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with referring physicians within a regenerative medicine focus.
Qualifications
- Active APRN license in Florida required.
- Active DEA license and NPI number required.
- CPR certification recommended.
- Experience in pain management and regenerative medicine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform new and follow-up patient evaluations with musculoskeletal and neurologic exams.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
- Manage progression to conservative care, physical therapy, imaging, or procedures.
- Oversee low-dose opioid therapy with PDMP review and toxicology monitoring.
- Administer intramuscular injections and assist with regenerative procedures (PRP, MLS laser).
- Occasionally assist fluoroscopic-guided procedures under supervision.
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and specialists.

Elevate Regenerative Spine Care and Pain Management is a physician-owned interventional pain and regenerative medicine practice in Fort Pierce, Florida, minutes from Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. We treat chronic pain, spine pathology, arthritis, sports injuries, and post-surgical pain through a combination of interventional procedures, regenerative medicine, and musculoskeletal care, with a focus on restoring function and quality of life.
We are seeking an APRN who can practice autonomously within scope, work closely with the physician-owner on treatment planning, and grow into an expanded procedural role over time.
- Perform new and follow-up patient evaluations, including musculoskeletal and neurologic exams
- Evaluate chronic pain, spinal disorders, arthritis, sports injuries, and functional limitations
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Determine appropriate progression to conservative care, physical therapy, imaging, or procedural referral
- Manage low-dose opioid therapy when appropriate, including PDMP review and urine drug/oral swab toxicology monitoring
- Administer intramuscular Toradol (ketorolac) injections
- Assist with regenerative medicine procedures, including PRP injections and MLS M6 laser therapy
- Occasionally observe or assist the physician with fluoroscopic-guided procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, RFA) as a learning opportunity; this is not a core or guaranteed component of the role
- Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and specialists
- Support perioperative/post-procedural pain consultation near Lawnwood Regional Medical Center
- Develop procedural and diagnostic skills through ongoing physician mentorship
Required
- Active APRN license in Florida
- Active DEA license and NPI number
- Strong musculoskeletal and neurologic assessment skills
- Ability to practice autonomously while collaborating with physician leadership
- CPR certification (may be provided if needed)
Preferred
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, neurology, rheumatology, or spine care
- Experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound and injections (trigger point, joint, soft tissue)
- Familiarity with chronic opioid management and compliance monitoring
- Experience with Athenahealth (athenaOne) EMR
- Comfort reviewing diagnostic imaging (PACS) and performing phlebotomy
- Interest in regenerative medicine and procedural care
