• Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing solution using DELMIA Apriso
• Good functional knowledge on MOM principles and ISA 95 Standards
• Knowledge on Functional modules such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Time&Labor module of DELMIA Apriso 2016 and the subsequent versions
• Knowledge on preconfigured solutions provided by DELMIA Apriso and its usage
• Knowledge on configuring solution using DELMIA Apriso desktop client and process builder
• Knowledge on new features provided on DELMIA Apriso 2020 and in the subsequent versions
• Experience on implementing end to end solution using DELMIA Apriso
• Experience on implementing the MES solution integrated with ERP, PLM, SCADA, Shopfloor machines and serial devices
• Experience on medical device mfg. process is added advantage
• Knowledge on 21 CFR Part 11 and FDA regulations
• Knowledge on SDLC process (waterfall and Agile)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to the rest of the team.
• Technical knowledge on working DELMIA APRISO 2020
• Experienced in developing UI, business logic in process builder using apriso provided business controls and business components
• Good knowledge on CSS, HTML and Java script
• Good knowledge on building integrations using Apriso Business Integrator
• Knowledge on Global Process Manager and Apriso Archiving.
• Knowledge on Apriso Database model on standard modules such as Production and Quality.
