ARCH MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate efficiently, performing routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and identifying potential issues before they escalate. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure they operate efficiently
• Keep the property clean and maintained.
