Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. seeks a Quality Engineer to support enterprise APQP tools, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The consultant will provide functional and technical support for engineering applications used in Requirements Management (RM), Design and Process FMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans. You will analyze data to improve visibility into product development performance, support Power BI dashboards and reports, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement improvements and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT and business groups.
Experience documenting business/functional requirements and supporting testing or releases.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise engineering tools for RM, FMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Gather stakeholder feedback to identify tool and process improvements.
Document requirements and prioritize system enhancements.
Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and monitor risks.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and support releases.
Assist with testing, UAT, defect tracking and release activities.
Create and maintain process docs, user guides and training materials.
Provide user support to promote APQP tool adoption across the enterprise.
Support development, deployment and improvement of Power BI dashboards and reports.
