Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is offering an apprenticeship for an Apprentice Roofing Repair Technician in Indiana. You will learn safety, roof replacement, roof repairs, ventilation, and insulation through classroom work, shadowing, and on-the-job training.

The program emphasizes professionalism, timely service, and a team-first culture. Compensation starts at $17.50/hour with incremental raises through graduation, plus benefits and company-provided resources.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Complete online trainings and modules as assigned.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service
• Complete online trainings and modules as assigned
• Participate in job shadowings
• Participate in station trainings onsite
• Perform trainings learned through stations and job shadowing
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
