Xylem Tree Experts in Chelan County/Wenatchee, WA seeks an Apprentice Trimmer (IBEW) to perform tree trimming and pruning with bucket truck support. You will follow safety rules, assist the crew, and help prepare trucks and materials for daily operations.
Experience with aerial lifts is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. You must pass background and drug screening, travel for storm restoration, and stay safe around electrical hazards while working at height.

Pay or shift range: $28 USD to $29 USD. This is an estimated pay range for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
Travel required: Yes. Travel is required during storm restoration work when needed.
The Aerial Lift Trimmer is responsible for trimming, pruning, and removing trees with the aid of a bucket truck or other equipment or tools. Previous experience operating an aerial lift trimmer with a tree care company is required. A driver’s license is required. Candidates will be dispatched by IBEW.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred; previous aerial lift experience preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.

Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
