The Role

Must Have

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with program leadership, education partners, and workforce development organizations
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms, SuccessFactors, recruiting technology, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use data and sound judgment to identify emerging workforce needs and recommend proactive recruitment solutions
• Familiarity with apprenticeship, Pre-Apprenticeship, skilled trades, manufacturing, shipbuilding, or other industrial workforce environments
• Experience developing creative sourcing and outreach strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
