Wayne Calvin Enterprises Inc. is looking for an Apprentice to join our team as we train you to become a journeyman plumber through direct mentorship with a master plumber.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who wants to start or continue education in residential plumbing and build a long-term career. Starting wage is based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including sick pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or construction is desired but not necessary.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive mental attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perfect attendance and punctuality
• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
• Assist journeymen on and off-site
• Helping, carrying, lifting, gopher-ing, job-site cleaning and organizing
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn and advance skillset
