S&S Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in Broomall, PA is seeking an Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. You will work on residential construction and renovation projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, alongside experienced plumbers.

We value hands-on plumbers who show up reliably, work with a team, and are motivated to develop their skills. A plumbing license or trade-school training is a plus, and benefits are offered after a 90-day period.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience at apprentice or journeyman level.
• Experience with residential construction or renovation plumbing preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to continue developing plumbing skills through training.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installation and related work on residential construction and renovation projects.
• Work alongside lead plumbers and other team members.
• Assist with plumbing for new construction, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and remodeling projects.
• Read and follow plans, layouts, and job specifications.
• Install, repair, and modify plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with your lead and other team members.
• Take ownership of assigned work and complete projects to a high standard.
• Continue developing your plumbing knowledge and technical skills.
