Responsibilities

• Provide plumbing and drain service solutions and diagnose issues on service calls.
• Offer cost estimates and document estimates and invoices.
• Make necessary repairs for customers.
• Document estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.
