Qualifications

• No prior plumbing experience or certifications required.
• Strong interest in learning residential plumbing, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to learn from experienced plumbers and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared for work.
• Physically able to perform hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Learn to identify common plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and fixture issues.
• Help prepare, organize, and maintain plumbing tools, materials and equipment for daily service calls.
• Gain hands-on experience with plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, fixtures, and basic repair techniques.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support plumbing technicians in delivering professional, respectful service to homeowners.
• Develop technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities and practical plumbing skills through on-the-job learning.
• Work as an Apprentice Plumber in Northbrook, Illinois, supporting residential plumbing service operations.
