Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind in a fast-paced meat department. You will follow the production schedule to ensure the advertised fresh meat cuts meet quality and quantity standards.

Ideal candidates bring familiarity with weights, safety and sanitation procedures, and experience with product presentation and inventory control. Training on COA applications and advancement programs is provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities
