Job summary

Signet Jewelers has an opening for an entry-level Jeweler Apprentice to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will start with administrative tasks, customer service and jewelry intake, and train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

The program offers full training to elevate your skills from Apprentice to Jeweler, with opportunities for growth within a promote-from-within environment across our centers in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and customer service.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair and polishing.
• Assist stores and customers and coordinate with team.
