Job summary

Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Urbana, IL is seeking an Apprentice - HVAC Installer to join our family-owned team. The role is full-time and involves supporting seasoned installers on residential and light commercial projects.

The position offers Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm hours with pay ranging from $17–$19 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including medical coverage (100% company-paid), a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level apprentice HVAC installer capable of performing field work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installation technicians in residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and company processes.
