You will assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems while gaining hands-on experience and safety discipline. The ideal candidate brings a GED or high school diploma and at least one year of related experience or training, plus enrollment in Wisconsin’s ABC Apprenticeship

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Enrollment in Wisconsin ABC Electrical Apprenticeship Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing electrical equipment per project requirements under supervision.
• Perform manual tasks with accuracy and consistency on-site.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work at a good speed.
• Collaborate with team members to please customers and supervisors.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly when tasks are complete.
• Uphold the company’s professional appearance and safety policies.
• Wear protective gear such as steel‑toed shoes, helmet, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Follow all safety standards and practices on job sites.
