Job summary

Walker Engineering is actively hiring experienced Apprentice Electricians (E3–E5) for commercial projects across the Houston area. If you have a solid foundation in the trade and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

As an E3+ Apprentice Electrician, you’ll be expected to perform a variety of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on commercial job sites. You’ll bring a solid understanding of electrical systems and play a key role in keeping projects on

Qualifications

• Active TDLR Electrical Apprentice Card is required.
• E3 level or higher is required.
• At least 3 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the layout and installation of electrical systems
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install fixtures
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Support less experienced apprentices when needed
• Follow all site safety procedures—no work on energized circuits
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Skills

Position Overview
