Job summary

Tote Electric, a full-service electrical contractor in Franklin, TN, seeks an Apprentice Electrician to join our on-site team. You will assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

Based in Franklin and Williamson County, you will pull wires, install fixtures, support panel upgrades, and contribute to smart home and LED retrofit projects while learning to read drawings and follow NEC/OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of electricity and basic electrical principles.
• Ability to learn installation practices and use of tools safely.
• Willingness to perform maintenance and repair tasks under supervision.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and following safety guidelines.
• Exposure to electrical concepts is beneficial.
• Commitment to safety including NEC/OSHA guidelines.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to lift moderate loads.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Effective communication and teamwork with electricians and customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Franklin area.
