The Electrical Apprentice - Industrial is responsible for installing high-quality electrical field work and taking measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Build your hands-on skills through on-the-job training from the best in the business
• Work on a wide range of projects like data centers, water processing plants, casinos, high-rise residential and commercial buildings, pharmaceutical plants, and many others
• Attend IEC Electrical Apprentice School one night a week. Tuition and books are paid for by Weifield.
• Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you install raceways, pull wire, mount equipment, assemble and install parts, do finish work, and many other tasks
• Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

Job Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of industrial electrical work experience
• A minimum of 1 year bending conduit experience
• Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems
• Thrive on learning new things and be highly curious
• Be open to learning from direct and honest feedback
• Enjoy being part of a team and producing high-quality electrical workmanship
• Be willing to travel to various job sites within a 50-mile radius
• Be comfortable working all day on your feet, on ladders, and at different job sites
