The role offers practical apprenticeship coursework, on-site training, and opportunities to develop essential electrical skills while supporting installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical theory and safety practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams or willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections under supervision.
• Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support diagnostic work on equipment and systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
• Complete required apprenticeship coursework and on-the-job training hours.
