PACK Power LLC seeks a Level 1 Apprentice to learn electrical trades under a Journeyman or Master Electrician, focusing on safety, basic construction, tool use, material handling, and foundational installation skills.

Projects are nationwide, typically 4–10 months. You’ll earn hourly pay plus a daily per diem to cover living expenses while on assignment, in a team‑oriented, safety‑driven environment.

Position Scope

The Level 1 Apprentice is an entry-level employee learning the electrical trade under the direct supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician. This position focuses on safety, basic construction practices, tool identification, material handling, and foundational electrical installation skills.

Location & Travel

This role offers nationwide opportunities based on project needs, with project assignments typically lasting between 4 to 10 months. In addition to your hourly pay, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment.

Education and Work Experience

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position and a willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
• Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools.
