The Urban Electric Co. is seeking an Apprentice with the Production team to learn the craft of hand-made, luxury metal lighting fixtures. You will work with Senior and Master Craftsmen to gain skills in Production Prep, Assembly, Finishing and Final Assembly, while contributing to a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the trade and processes for producing metal lighting fixtures.
• Assist Craftsmen in assembly and finishing tasks.
• Prepare and finish components across stations (prep, assembly, finishing, final assembly).
• Inspect work for quality and document issues.
• Pack and crate completed fixtures for shipment.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and follow work orders.
