Cinterra is hiring a Construction Craft Laborer to join our growing team under a two-year registered apprenticeship program. The role involves physical labor on highway and heavy construction projects, operating hand and power tools, and preparing sites for construction activities.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company protocols while progressing toward Journey-worker's certification through classroom and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Knowledge or exposure to gas, drilling, power or solar/electrical installation techniques.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Promote and monitor the safety of team members.
• Clean debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites.
• Dig trenches as instructed.
• Assist in installing pipes and drains.
• Erect temporary structures.
• Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately.
• Fill potholes to facilitate the construction process.
• Ensure all work complies with company protocols.
• Use hand tools to cut and shape material as per instructions.
• Assist in reporting safety incidents to foreman.
