Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Apprentice Commercial Electrician in Houston, TX to learn under experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience in commercial settings.
You will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, read blueprints, and troubleshoot issues while following safety protocols. The role requires physical endurance and teamwork in a dynamic construction environment.
Qualifications
- Active TX ID or DL required.
- Active Electrical License required.
- Social Security Card required.
- Tools listed in the job posting.
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs.
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending and circuit installation.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with a team of electricians to complete projects efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with team and construction professionals.
- Work at heights and in confined spaces; adapt to various environments.
- Lift heavy equipment as required.
