Job summary

Closet Factory Omaha is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to start a career in skilled trades. No cabinet installation experience required.

You will learn cabinet installation, read drawings, and use hand/power tools while supporting the installation team on customer projects across the Omaha area. We offer full-time, year-round employment with paid training, a competitive starting pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and use basic tools.
• Driver's license is preferred.
• Experience in construction, woodworking, remodeling, manufacturing, automotive repair, landscaping, or related trades is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with custom closet and cabinet installations.
• Learn to read drawings and installation plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Load and unload materials.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Learn installation techniques, finish carpentry, and customer service skills.
