Kendall Mercedes & Sprinter of Bend is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our team. This training position is designed to grow you into a skilled automotive technician with hands-on instruction and paid training.

Duties include maintenance, inspections, fluid work, and basic repairs on a variety of vehicles in a shop environment. Strong safety and teamwork are valued, with clear pathways for advancement within Kendall Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Basic lube tech training or tech schooling preferred.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles automatic and manual transmissions.
• A valid driver license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Replenish and fill vehicle fluids.
• Document work and hours per policy.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Assist with tire replacements, balances, and rotations.
