Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Apprentice Automotive Technician at our Arlington, VA Service Center. The role offers hands-on learning alongside seasoned technicians, with opportunities to earn certification and advance within the shop.

The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and some holidays, and offers an hourly wage starting at $28 with additional premiums for the Virginia State Inspection and ASE certifications beyond the minimum.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive repair training or 1 year of repair shop experience.
• At least 1 ASE certification (A1-A8, L1 or L3).
• Willingness to work toward 4 ASE certifications for promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an experienced auto technician to gain experience.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
• Complete training and perform warranty and recall repairs as directed.
