Job summary

Central Bank in Missouri is seeking an Appraisal Support Specialist to assist the Appraisal department with documentation and evaluation activities and to help order appraisals. You will work closely with the Appraiser and lending teams to improve efficiency.

Daily tasks include handling appraisal-related work, supporting Credit Administration, Consumer Lending, and Commercial Lending as needed, and potentially traveling for inspections and photographs.

Responsible for daily work and project activities related to Appraisal. May be asked to travel to assist with inspections and photos. Works closely with Appraiser to identify areas of improvement and efficiency for the department and bank. Assists Credit Administration, Consumer Lending, and Commercial Lending departments as needed and as time permits.
