Job summary

A leading residential roofing company in Virginia is looking for a Direct Appointment Setter. In this full-time position, you will canvass neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule free inspections for the sales team. This role offers competitive earnings potential between $40,000 to $70,000+ annually, with a combination of base rate, commissions, and performance bonuses. Job description

Start ASAP with paid training. This is a Full-time, W-2 position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Paid weekly on Fridays. Average first-year earnings typically range from $650–$1,350 per week, depending on individual performance.

The Role

As a Direct Appointment Setter, you’ll work in residential neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners and scheduling free roof inspections for our in-home sales team.

You are not closing sales; you are setting appointments.

This is a door-to-door, field-based position.

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday within 9am–7pm
