Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Mechanicsburg, PA. This in-person role is focused on turning interest into appointments for the In-Home Sales team, with no cold calling and multiple full-time day/evening shifts.

You will handle inbound calls, follow up with prospects, and work toward daily and monthly targets while learning our product line of bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring. Training is provided, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound/outbound calling environment.
• Comfort with meeting daily and monthly performance goals.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments is a plus.

West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team — no cold calling.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Reconnect with customers who previously met with our sales team
• Schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives
• Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services
• Track customer interactions in Salesforce
• Work toward daily and monthly performance goals
