Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter. This full-time W-2 role involves speaking with homeowners, scheduling free roof inspections, and promoting our services in a field-based, door-to-door capacity.

You must be comfortable engaging people in person and maintaining a professional appearance. The role offers weekly pay with commission and bonuses, a paid training program, and clear advancement opportunities within a fast-growing residential roofing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door.

The Role

We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant server positions, receptionist roles, administrative assistant positions, or forklift operator jobs who enjoy talking with people and staying active during the workday.

This is a door-to-door, field-based position where strong customer service skills, communication, and professionalism are key.

Compensation

• Monday-Saturday within 9am-7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
