Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail or hospitality and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle can earn a first-year income of $40,000–$70,000 through hourly pay, commission, and bonuses; schedule Mon-Sat 9am–7pm.

The Role

We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant server positions, receptionist roles, administrative assistant positions, or forklift operator jobs who enjoy talking with people and staying active during the workday.

This is a face-to-face, field-based position where strong customer service skills, communication, and professionalism are key.

Compensation

• W-2 full-time position

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site role
• Monday–Saturday within 9am–7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
