Job summary

A2Z Workforce Solutions is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) janitorial staff for a large tire warehouse in Phoenix. This is a full-time day-shift role that requires reliability and punctuality in a physically demanding environment.

You will clean the entire warehouse including offices and restrooms, sweep and mop, take out trash, and must pass a drug screen and background check. Steel-toed boots and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required, with overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass a background check (not felon friendly).
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen.
• Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to report to shift on time and work the entire shift.
• Must have steel-toed boots or steel-toed shoes.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary).
• Must be bilingual.
