Job summary

True Leaf Farms is seeking a dispatch/operations support role to ensure orders are processed accurately, starting with driver check-in and moving through loading dock assignments, all in the computer system. Excellent customer service is required when speaking with drivers and staff at the dispatch desk.

The role handles high volumes—processing 300+ orders and 200 trucks daily—and requires urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor arrival screen for on-time shipping.
• Assign drivers to doors based on time and workflow.
• Process required documentation after loading is complete.
• Answer incoming calls and provide timely requests with high-quality service.
• Dispatch local deliveries and pickups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Job description

Pay Range: $18.50-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience

Ensure that the customer’s orders are completed accurately beginning with the checking in of drivers, assignment of loading doors, verifying orders and shipping in the computer system. Excellent customer service skills required when talking on the phone or at the dispatching desk with drivers, loaders and other staff. Ability to work with a sense of urgency, handling over 300 orders and 200 trucks on a daily basis.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring the arrival screen for on-time shipping.

Assigning drivers to doors based on appointed time and work flow.

Processing required documentation after completion of the loading process.

Answering income calls from a variety of outside sources and processing request timely. Providing high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment while keeping a positive disposition.

Dispatch local delivery and pick ups.

When required, request and acquire inspection documentation.

Complete a variety of other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.

EDUCATION & JOB:

High school diploma/GED

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Familiar navigating through Windows operating system.

Ability to multi-task.

Be able to work in a fast pace work environment.

Handles confrontation in a calm and professional manner.
