Qualifications

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel & distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and development of new AI technologies for personalization.
• Adopt or invent new ML/IR/LLM techniques for recommendations.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product partners.
