Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Santa Clara invites you to join the AWS AI science team to build next‑generation models for intelligent automation and cloud AI services.

We seek researchers with experience in autonomous agents, planning, large multimodal models, reinforcement learning, and sequential decision making. You will collaborate with machine learning engineers and product teams, publish findings at top venues, and contribute to scalable, production‑level solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD or MSc with 4+ years CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business application experience
