Jaide Health is seeking a hands-on Applied Research team member who will specialize in transforming pre-trained large language models (LLMs) into efficient AI systems. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines, implementing fine-tuning algorithms, and writing high-quality code. Qualifications

• Experience researching and implementing fine-tuning algorithms.
• Familiar with, or contributed to, the state of the art in fine-tuning and alignment of LLMs.
• Good taste in data and extensive use of LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Research and experiment on specializing foundational models to coding use cases.
• Build and maintain data and training pipelines.
• Keep up with the latest research in LLMs and code generation.

Skills

Experience with Large Language Models (LLM)

Deep knowledge of Transformers

Strong deep learning fundamentals

Fine-tuning experience with LLMs

Strong machine learning and engineering background

Strong algorithmic skills

Python with PyTorch or Jax
